1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website. Aavran Kidz is pre-launch: there is no subscription, no app to download and nothing for sale. When a paid service exists, separate terms will be published and agreed before any payment is taken.

2. Who we are

Aavran Kidz is being established as Aavran Kidz Experiential Learning Private Limited (incorporation in progress), with a registered office planned in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. References to “we” mean the founding team until incorporation completes.

3. Who Aavran is for

Our content is created for children aged 2–12, always with a parent or guardian involved. Only adults aged 18+ may contact us, join the waitlist, or create an account when accounts exist. Children should not send us their details.

4. Using this site

• You may read, share and print pages of this site for personal, family or classroom use.
• Please do not scrape, republish or resell our content, or use it to train a model, without written permission.
• Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

5. Our stories, characters and canon

The Aavran Kidz name, the characters Tura, Neev, Ira and Dhool, our stories, rhymes, artwork and learning design are our intellectual property. Trademark applications and IP assignments are in progress. You are welcome to talk about Aavran and link to us; please do not use our characters or artwork commercially without permission.

6. Real-world activities — please supervise

Aavran deliberately sends children away from the screen: outdoors, into kitchens, and into making things with their hands. These activities are designed to be safe and to use ordinary household materials, but a responsible adult must judge what is appropriate for their own child and supervise accordingly. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from real-world activities, and nothing we publish is medical, dietary or safety advice.

7. Pricing and future plans

We have not set prices. Any figure you may have seen elsewhere is illustrative and not an offer. When plans exist, their price, inclusions, trial terms and cancellation rights will be stated clearly before you are asked to pay anything.

8. Accuracy and change

We describe our stage honestly and update this site as things change, but pre-launch plans do move. Content is provided as-is, without warranty that it will remain accurate or that the project will reach a particular milestone on a particular date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction — to be confirmed on incorporation.
